The product is manufactured using high quality micro-glass paper combined with corrugated aluminium safety edged separators. The filter pack is bonded into the filter to form an extended media surface area. The physical stability of the product is enhanced by its outer casing manufactured from galvanised steel. The finished product is fitted with a continuous elastomer sealing gasket on the clean air side of the filter. On completion of production each cell (applies to H13 – H14) is tested to ensure optimum performance. Packaging is in outer double wall protective cartons, internal face boards and polythene bag.
